BURLSON, Texas — The mobile version of the CampinMissouri.com website has gone live, providing an easier way for RVers to find their favorite campgrounds in Missouri on the go.
TXAD Internet Services, an industry leader in creating .mobi websites, has been developing the .mobi website the last few months to accompany the redesigned desktop version of CampInMissouri.com which was re-built in 2009, also by TXAD Internet Services. It can be access through any smart phone like an iPhone or Droid device.
The mobile version has all the same themes and elements as the desktop version including the top benefit of Find a Park. The site also includes a calendar of events and information on RV dealers in Missouri and Missouri Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (MOARC) trade members.
“We’re thrilled that we can provide this benefit to our members. Close to 10% of our website traffic comes from mobile devices and it was very important we provide this service to them,” said Larry Helms, MOARC president.
The mobile version will also provide a quick link to QR codes on future CampInMissouri.com marketing materials including the annual edition of the Missouri RV and Camping Guide.
“The QR code will be a great way to streamline information to RVers coming to Missouri,” said Helms.
TXAD Internet Services recently combined forces with AGS Internet Services to provide website design and hosting services. TXAD Internet Services, like AGS, is now a division of Texas Advertising which serves 810 RV parks and campgrounds in the United States and Canada.
